About Iringa:  The city of Iringa is situated about 300 miles from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Home of the Hehe people, the town was originally built as a military base by the Germans in the 1890s as they sought to oppress the Hehe, led by the brave Chief Mkwawu.
